Dear Citrus Elementary Families,

Welcome to a brand-new school year at Citrus Elementary, home of the Suns! I am thrilled to welcome you and your children back to campus, and for those of you joining us for the first time, I extend a very special welcome to the Citrus family.

This year, we proudly embrace the theme: “Shine Your Light, Be the Spark, Brighten the World.” At Citrus, we believe every child has something special to share, and together, we will create a school community where students feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Our team is committed to nurturing a positive, engaging learning environment rooted in high expectations and strong partnerships with families. We know that when schools and families work together, children thrive. Whether it’s through classroom volunteering, school events, or simply staying connected, your involvement makes a powerful difference.

As we begin the year, please keep an eye out for communication from your child’s teacher and our office. We will continue to use ParentSquare, our school website, and our school Instagram to share important updates and upcoming events.
