Citrus
Elementary School
STEM education stands for "Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics" education.
Kindergarten through 3rd graders get pulled out twice a week by our amazing STEM teacher, Mrs. Schrader. Mrs. Schrader conducts fun but mentally stimulating activities to engage our students. For grades 4th-6th grade, they learn STEM through their general teachers but also by Mr. Bradshaw our wonderful science enrichment teacher.
Currently Citrus Elementary has a USEL youth robotics club that meets once a week afterschool to program robots. Through this afterschool program they get to compete in exciting events around the district and potentially around the world.
